Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Pylot Bio PK/PD modeling and simulation platform at pylotbio.ai (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, the organization you represent.

The Service provides scientific modeling, simulation, and AI-assisted exploration tools intended for research, education, and exploratory analysis by qualified professionals.

The Service does not provide medical advice, clinical dosing recommendations, or regulatory conclusions. Simulation outputs and AI assistant responses are computational estimates that depend on model assumptions and the parameters you supply. They must not be used as the sole basis for clinical decisions, patient care, or regulatory submissions. You are responsible for independent verification of any output before relying on it.

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. Access may be invite-gated; you may not share access with, or transfer accounts to, third parties without our consent. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or circumvent rate limits or security controls;
• Attempt to access other users' data or reverse-engineer the Service;
• Use the Service to develop a competing product;
• Upload unlawful content or content you lack rights to use;
• Use automated scripts to extract data or generate load beyond normal usage.

You retain all rights to the model configurations, parameters, and data you submit to the Service ("Customer Content"). You grant us a limited license to host and process Customer Content solely to provide and improve the Service. We use third-party providers to operate the Service (including OpenAI for AI assistant responses) as described in our Privacy Policy.

The Service, including its models, software, and documentation, is owned by Pylot Bio and its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited right to use the Service under these Terms, no rights are granted to you.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT SIMULATION OUTPUTS OR AI ASSISTANT RESPONSES ARE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR SUITABLE FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PYLOT BIO WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM (OR ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS IF YOU HAVE PAID NOTHING).

You may stop using the Service at any time and may request account deletion. We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms or to protect the Service. Sections 5 through 8 survive termination.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above, and where appropriate we will notify registered users. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
